Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is conveniently situated near the Dokki metro station and eating places. the rooms are well-maintained, and the bathrooms are clean. Friendly staff will assist you with your requests, and breakfast is available. There are also balconies available in the 7th and 8th stories that offer an outstanding view of the city.
The service is inconsistent, with some staff members being unhelpful and unfriendly at times.

The Hotel was excellent due to a great staff all the way from the Manager to the Cleaning Lady. Really helpful and informative plus they provide a atmosphere that allows for fellow travellers to get to know each other and pass on stories or tips. Clean place and realy near from most touristy stuff, also there is a metro 5 mins away. Would stay here again.

We loved the hotel's location close to the metro Dokki, allowing us to easily get around this city. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with their limited Arabic. They even provided us with traditional Egyptian breakfast every morning. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was excellent, making us feel comfortable and safe during our stay.
Everything was fantastic.

Its more of what I did not like,Whulst booking I was told I canpay by credit cards but to my shock they didnt even own a machine. The photos portrayed an amzing picture of the bath room to my shock not only was it worn out but they dont even clean it..Un believable The staff were amazing and very co operative, should warn other travellers that the offers the hotel has for excursions are exorbitant they should check other options.
Sorry I had already writtenon thew wrong column, what I will advice Booked.net is that verification is necessary before you advertise the hotels as it can tarnish your good name.

The hotel staff were friendly and professional during my business trip. the cleanliness of the bathroom and beds were commendable. I especially enjoyed the small bar area for tea and coffee and the traditional breakfast offered every morning. the hotel's central location provided easy access to local eateries and small grocery shops.
The air conditioning was too loud and the remote was not available in the room, making sleeping difficult due to excessive noise and cold temperature. the WiFi signal was too weak and practically non-existent, making it hard to communicate.
